Room rates vary according to the season and are subject to change without notice. Rates once quoted in response to booking requests will not be changed. All rates already include 10% government tax and 5% service charge. Service charge is applied at the industry standard.
Rates are inclusive of full breakfast and for room rentals per night only. One Bedroom is for maximum guests of 2 adults and one child (below 5 years old). Two Bedrooms are more flexible and can accommodate up to 5 people in a room (combination of adults and children less than 5 years old). Guest numbers in excess of these numbers will be charged an additional pro-rated fee based on the contract room rate with this fee paid in full at time of check-in. All other costs are at the expense of the guests unless noted as inclusions on the written confirmation. An extra single bed can be made available for US$25.00 nett per night with breakfast for one.

Early arrivals and late departures
If you plan to arrive early in the day and prefer immediate access to your room, we recommend reserving your room for the night prior to your arrival to guarantee immediate access. Room access prior to Check-in time is subject to room availability and readiness for guests. Similarly, for late departures, reserving an additional night guarantees access until you leave the property.
Guests desiring late check-out can receive complimentary late check-out to 14:00 hrs based on availability. Guests wanting to stay up to 18:00 hrs will be charged at half room rate and beyond 18:00 hrs will be charged full rate. If you choose not to extend the room until your departure, we are happy to store your belongings and allow you access to the rest of our facility.
R & R Bali Bed and Breakfast can accept VISA, MASTERCARD or AMERICAN EXPRESS credit cards for booking confirmation and payment.
Please note: In accordance with Indonesian Government Regulations, payments by credit card will be invoiced in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) using the current exchange rate. Any bank charges for credit card processing, up to 3% of the total charges, will necessarily have to be paid by the guest.
All reservations are to be made in writing, either via email, internet booking or fax and are handled on a first come-first served basis. Travel and booking agents may also be used to make bookings.
On receipt of a reservation inquiry we will contact you and provide a confirmation of availability, room rate including any applicable taxes, and the amount of deposit required (normally 50% of total rental plus taxes).
At R&R Bali Bed and Breakfast your confirmed reservation assures you a room, even if you check in late (after 6:00 pm). All reservations made through our website must be guaranteed through a major credit card. Once we receive your deposit, your room is secured and you will receive a reservation confirmation from us. If the payment is not received by the provided due date, the room is available for reselling. Deposit requirements will be specified at the time your booking is made. Please bring this confirmation with you when you check-in.
Changes to Bookings
All requests for changes to reservations must be made in writing (email, fax and letter) unless booked through an agent. Changes to bookings via a travel or booking agent will have to be processed through the agent. While R&R Bali Bed and Breakfast will endeavor to accommodate booking changes, all booking changes are subject to availability.
R&R Bali Bed and Breakfast requires that all cancellations to be made in writing (email, fax or letter is acceptable) unless booked through an agent, in which case the cancellation must be made through the agent.
When a booking is cancelled a minimum of 60 days before the booked arrival date, the deposit will be refunded in full less any funds expended to accommodate specific guests' requests.
Cancellations made less than 60 days but more than 30 days prior to the arrival date will forfeit all monies paid by the guest in relation to the booked stay up to 50% of the total rental plus appropriate taxes.
Cancellations less than 30 days from the rental start date will result in forfeiture of all funds paid to date. Final payments are non refundable.
